Lydia Steger-Wilson

Lydia is originally from Melrose, Massachusetts, although when asked she says she is from Boston. She attended Northeastern University for undergrad where she majored in biochemistry and studied small molecule inhibitors of the parasite T. cruzi. Lydia is primarily interested in protein engineering and building new chemical biology tools, which is what brought her to the Buller lab. Outside of lab, Lydia can be found reading in a coffee shop, throwing a disc with her ultimate frisbee team, or traveling to different countries.
